Where should I go to college???

ok, so I'm wanting to major in marine biology, possibly double major with psycology, but I can't decided where I want to go. I have two choices, California State in Long Beach or Hawaii Pacific in "I forget the island"..... Cali state is closer to home, but very much a party school while I want to focus on academics...... Hawaii is farther away and does not have any fraternities or sororities, but I'm afraid it'll be too much money to live there. Any suggestions????
