What do you think about a pediatrician adopting a child and then returning her within a year?

The child is a 3 yr old blonde haired, blue eyed little girl. The only reason that we have received from the mom is that their 7 yr old boy didn't like her and the 9 yr old didn't pay attention to her. The mom said that she wasn't the one who wanted her in the 1st place- it was the husband, but he has reconsidered. The child didn't take to the Spanish speaking fulltime nanny- maybe because she is 3 and only speaks English. Duh! That caused them to have to make other arrangements for the child and it was inconvenient. Boo-hoo! So now this ER doctor at the children's hospital in our area and his wife are out and about without a care in the world after this little child was sent to live with her new mommy and daddy last month. We see them at our swim club relaxing & drinking beer because they don't have a small child to keep an eye on anymore. It is really horrific. This pediatrician should know better and should know how traumatic this is for the child. What do you all think?
