If the Ticklemonster really existed, what do you think he would look like, talk like, act like, ect?

We all may think we know someone that tickles people a lot and call him or her a ticklemonster, but what if there was really a Ticklemonster that did nothing but tickle the crap out of insanely ticklish people just for fun, without mercy? I am very ticklish myself, and if the Ticklemonster did exist I don't know what I'd do! What do you think about a Tickelmonster?
