Can u get hiv from a razor blade?

i recently used my cousins razor who is married nw 2 shave i dnt knw if he has hiv 2 ...i dn't knw whn he had last used it..am i safe? n what if he has hiv could i get infected?? guys m worried abt it since long plz help
